this was my submission for the Leekeworld.us illustration contest, which had kinda...well, cryptic instructions:

JAN 2nd to JAN 31st – DollLeeke's-illust contest

- Application form :
(1) a name/Website ID/mail/telephone number/Type of Illust's DollLeeke
(2) Detailed explanation about Illust.
(3) Appended file : - Illust must submit Chapter 1 or more.
- Winner of the prize's Illust is going to use in Leekeworld's Products.
- We are going to give 3 winners of the prize for DollLeeke.

so yeah, i just drew my favourite doll and hoped thats what the fudge they were asking for. winners arent announced until the 11th, so here's hoping they like mine ^^;

drew with pencil, took 6 hours colouring in photostudio 5, kinda rushed near the end to meet the deadline

how adorable! one small critique though, I can't seem to find your light source, maybe you should make it more apparent next time you cg. other than that great job :)

haha yeh ^^; i have SUCH a hard time with light. and that was the very last thing i did and i stupidly locked some layers and saved it so couldnt undo mistakes -_o thanks though ^^

no problem, I have that cursed problem, most of my light sources are extremely jacked up, it looks like light is hitting at different places...what helps me is shining light on my own face and seeing where it hits from other angles, maybe you could try it too.
